In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of oil & fat industry, our factory developed HPYL-168 recently.
HPYL-168 produced by our company is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. The product has characteristics of small investment, high capacity, strong compatibility and high efficiency. It is widely used in small oil refinery and rural enterprise.
HPYL-168 has strong squeeze power. The pressure in its chest is powerful. Users can obtain very good squeezing result when operate properly.
Below features are based on oil plants with above average quality smoothly and continuously squeezed after good pretreatments, such as screening, husking, flaking and cooking, etc.
Working principle:
1. Transferred by the triangle belt, the electromotor drives the spiral shaft.
2. Oil plants being carried toward to the end of the machine by rotating squeeze spirals.
3. With the space between spirals and loops becoming smaller,the pressure in the chest is bigger.
4. During this process, oil plants are smashed and the tissue cells are destroyed, then oil is separated from oil plants.
5. After extracted, oil plants turns to be cakes containing low oil and is discharged in thin slices from the end.
