Compared with traditional extraction technology has the following advantages; 

1.The crude oil quality is high:

(1) The color of the oil is lighter (extrusion press, the oil of chlorophyll in 20 to 25 PPM, and the traditional extraction technology of chlorophyll in 30 to 40 parts per million (PPM), so the decoloring clay consumption is small, in the process of refining oil rate increase.

(2) The low content of phospholipids (extrusion press for 150 PPM, the  traditional extraction technology is 300-400 parts per million (PPM), peroxide value is low.

(3) oil of low acid value (extrusion press for FFA0.5 %, the  traditional extraction technology FFA0.6-0.8%), after filtering can be used directly.The oil in Europe and the United States is called as the green oil, and the oil with 100% health.This green oil moisture content is low, save time can be greatly extended, to maintain oil natural nutrients.

2.The cake is of good quality:

Color shallow, protein quality improvement, expanded the instant high temperature (90-110 degrees) for 20 seconds, almost have no effect on the quality of protein.

3.The costs is reduce:

(1) The cake oil residue can be controlled in 3.5 to 4%

The power consumption (less puffed squeezing is 5 to 9 degrees per ton raw material, the traditional extraction technology for more than 15 degrees), and also to reduce gas consumption (try using wet extrusion machine, than traditional extraction technology save more than 30%), oil material per ton than traditional press save RMB 150-300 processing fee.
(2) Improve oil press production 50%, reduce oil press parts wear and prolong the service life of wearing parts.
