Main equipment and use:
1.Two refining pot,alternate work,Can degumming,dephosphorization,deacidification.
2.Bleaching tank under vacuum work,Activated clay adsorption decolorization.
3.Automatic slagging filter, simple operation.
4.SUS304 stainless steel deodorization tank, guarantee the quality of the oil;Built-in double coil heating cooling integration.
5.Salting out tanks used to refine soapstock, part of the oil recycling and reduce losses.
6.Conducting oil furnace, Steam generator.
7.Other supporting equipment compressors, vacuum pumps, oil pumps, control cabinet, installation materials, operating platform and pipeline valves, all included; users do not need to purchase additional equipment.

1.Deacidfication:To purify the oil and remove the waste in the oil first time.
2.Degumming:To purify the oil and remove the waste in the oil again to make the oil more clean.
3.Bleaching and filtering:To make the purified oil reach good quality oil and meet people's edibe need.
4.Deodorization:To remove the bad smelling of the oil and to make the oil better and have no smelling.

2.Neutralizing Section: Crude oil contains much free fatty acid, which is harmful for health. Free fatty acid can have the reaction with caustic soda, during the reaction, it can be saponified and becomes soapstock, then small soapstock pellets will sink and becomes sediment and be pumped out. After neutralizing, most of the free fatty acid will be removed out.
3.Decoloriztion Section: Most of the crude oil has deep color because of the pigments, such as carotene,xanthophyll, etc. We use bleaching earth to remove pigments, because bleaching earth has strong adsorption capacity. Then pump oil into plate filter to remove bleaching earth, then pigment also will be removed out along with bleaching earth, then oil will be clean and transparent.
